This post is really for the husband.
Now to the mere mortal, this may appear to be nothing more than a strange mass of who-only-knows-what atop some jasmine rice...you know, because I know that you can tell the difference between regular white rice and jasmine rice, you all being the culinary experts that you are...but no no no no silly mortal! This? This, my friends, is what the husband has been striving for for the almost ten years that we have been wed. This. This is perfection. His masterpiece, ne'er to be repeated again. He has reached his culinary peak. I present, for your viewing pleasure...or displeasure, whatever the case may be...
